Employer Benefits

EMPLOY candidates offer employers benefits and savings through the State of Minnesota.

Employers can benefit financially in three ways:

  1. Unlike most hiring services, there is no cost to use EMPLOY services.
  2. Hiring an EMPLOY candidate could reduce your tax liability up to $2,400 in a single year.
    • Any size firm can participate
    • There is no limit to the number of hires to apply for tax credits
    • The paperwork to apply is minimal and EMPLOY staff will help guide the process
  3. Employers can receive a no-cost, no-deductible Fidelity Bond worth up to $5,000 when hiring a qualified candidate.
    • Fidelity bonding is 6-months of free employee insurance that protects employers against employee theft or property damages
